A female exercise class, incorporating mobility, strength and muscle control. Movements all to music with some low impact aerobics for all ages. We make classes light hearted and enjoy each others company in a happy atmosphere.

In the over 30 years as a keep fit teacher Trixie has given her services in the way of lectures and performances travelling around many homes for the elderly.
Her group have done four keep fit marathons (two of four hours and two of two hours) raising hundreds of pounds for charity.
