It is important to strengthen weak muscles through regular exercise. Good strength in our body is a big contributing factor to good balance and reducing our risk of falling.
In partnership with Threeways Surgery, these sessions are designed to help you move with confidence and balance, feeling steadier on your feet. Participants experience the benefits of gentle strength and balance exercises and connect with others in a friendly and supportive environment.
Come along for 9-12 weeks of free sessions, funded by Threeways Surgery. Following this, further paid sessions are available.
