Rates for hire
Rooms may be hired between 8am and 11:45pm weekdays and 9am until 11:15pm on Sundays.
The minimum hire for any space is 1 hour, and is bookable in half hour increments thereafter. When making a booking for multiple adjacent spaces at the same time (e.g. Hall, Kitchen, Ned Hartley Room) all spaces must be booked for the same duration.
Different rates may be available to charities, voluntary organisations and regular hires, subject to certain criteria being met. Please enquire for further details.

Saturday and Sunday
All rooms are charged at the evening rates.
Bar
Subject to certain conditions, a bar can be provided in the Ned Hartley Room. If required, we will pass your details to Stoke Poges Social Club who are the sole suppliers of alcohol/bar services on the premises.
Special event rates
We offer the following rates for special events. A 10% discount on the below rates is offered to Stoke Poges residents.
Extensions to the duration of children's parties are possible, providing the event finishes by 6pm. Extensions will be charged at the standard hourly rates for the Main Hall, Kitchen and Lower Bar, plus the additional cleaning fee is also payable (see below). Discounts do not apply to any extension time and cleaning fees.
